Restore Contacts

A user has accidently deleted their contacts. I had a few backups, but for some reason, Arcserve was unable to grab individual's user's contact and restore.

Is there another way to do this from Exchange Server directly?

depending on your deleted mail retention settings, you might be able to recover the contacts directly from Outlook.

highlight the deleted items folders then pull down the tools menu and select Recover Deleted Items. a window will open showing all the deleted items going as far back as the exchange server retention setting allows.

Thanks alot. I set the user to 1 month for deleted items. I will check to see if I can recover that way.
