Restore backupset

Just want to ask how to restore a backupset that was backup by a different server.

I would like to restore the backupset in a different server that has more disk space ..

I believe you just need to change the node option in the dsm.sys file to the node it was originally backed up from.

Thanks for the response what do you mean with dsm.sys is that the dsm.opt file? will I change the node name where I will restore the backupset?

you have to do a "rename node"

more info with h rename node

then in your dsm.opt if you need to go back to the old node you can add a nodename entry
