Very weird problem: NT 4.0 SP6 -- If I select Start,Shutdown,Restart, many of my shortcuts no longer work. Even the Control Panel applets give me an error. I checked some of the properties of the shortcuts on the launch bar, and I notice that the "start in" folder setting is blank! If I log off, and log back on, all is restored to normal.
