Rest voicemail password from voicemail 999

I have a KX-T7630 and when I try to connect to master mailbox *999 to reset other people voicemails' password, I get a prompt to record a message and that's it, no other options. How do I get the other options to do administrative tasks?

XXXX=password

And that is only if programming via keypad
has been enabled by the real administrator
If not you need training , software and a password to do anything.
