Good Morning,
Is there a way to receive a response that someone has opened an email, when the email is sent to someone outside of you domain, and using a different email program?
Probably not, right?
Thanks
Sue

You are correct. If they were running Groupwise, it could be done.

You can get notification from a different domain as long as the domain has a direct connection within your WAN. An example being an Exchange domain and a GroupWise domain with a GW/Exchange gateway running. I get notification from a division of ours in a different city that uses Exchange but they are still on our WAN. Once an email goes out to the internet (ISP connection), no notification will happen.

Good luck,
Mark ;-)
