resolve dns

Grettings all..

I was wondering, how do I resolve the IP for a dns adress with php??

Cause I want to make automatic admin on a site whenever the visitors IP is the same as the dns adress.

Is this possible, then how?

My codes look like something a kid wrote
I have absolutely no idea what I am talking about
Somehow I still manage to make it work
