Resize form to fit user screen 1

My thanks to beetee and missinglinq for their previous help!

Now I have another question - forgive me if this is elementary..

The users of my form have various screen settings 1024x768, 800x600, etc...

Is there a way to automatically resize the form so it will fit in a smaller screen size?

It was designed in 1024x768.

this is 'oft discussed' in many places, Tek-tips fora being one. The "question' has many aspects, and is worthy of a search through these fora for information, "Resize", "ReScale" and other tterms as keywords will yield numerous references and some great deal of detail of useful information (including some complete procedures) to do what-ever portion you want.
