Resetting Service Packs

We’re experiencing problems with analog lines on ports 01C1401-01C1424 that began yesterday morning after our servers were patched with CM 5.2 sp 4.2. Essentially when you call these extensions they don't ring and the faxes don't squeal. I performed a 'test board 01C14' and received a lot of ABORT statuses and error codes of 2000. I’m assuming that something went wrong with this board after the servers were rebooted. Is there a way to reset service packs?

Try 'busy board 01C14', the 'reset board 01C14', then finally 'release board 01C14'.

An alternative might be to just physically reseat the board.

All ports passed when I ran the busyout and release commands but I got the following error when I ran reset board 01c14:

If test continues to fail, replace the board.

Try this test on this board again, but in a different slot.
Try this test on another board in this slot.

I would busyout the board remove it then reinsert it back and release first before buying an new one. If it still doesn't work after all that then it's probably bad.

Removing and reinserting the card did the trick. Thanks for the replies.
