Resetting/ obtaining password - Cisco 837

Hi all

I have recently received an 837 from a customer of ours who no longer requires it.

I cannot access it because he has configured telnet passwords which he has forgotten

Is there any way of resetting/ defaulting telnet logon passwords without using a console connection?

you'll need to have physical access to the router in order to reset the passwords. Via console is your best bet. As far as I am aware, you can't reset pw remotely.

I went to the office and picked up a console lead today. Worked a treat.
