reseting the config password on nortel anyone know how?

a customer of mine some how has changed the **config password and does not know it i only know of shorting out the system but i was told there is another way to do this anyone know how? please help dont wanna have to reprogram the whole darn thing

Use a RAD and log onto the system in browser format. the P/w for that is controlled by the RAD.
