Reset security using AT commands

Trying to reset security using reset security all but am getting error.
I enter AT and get OK and then what?

It will prompt you for the mac address and just type it over

I enter AT-SECURITYRESETALL but it comes back with ERROR.

Reboot the ipoffice and try again

You need to do it right the first time
If not then you will get this error

Do not enter AT first

Now you need to reboot again
After that type AT-SECURITYRESETALL

Type at-debug now and then reboot

Thought I was going to get it but still no go.
Entered at-debug before boot and just entered AT-SECURITYRESETALL but still got ERROR.

You are not listening

When you get the error you can still enter at-debug
Then you can enter reboot
No need to do that by manager or manual

After the reboot enter AT-SECURITYRESET

Enter nothing else after the reboot !!!

That's what I did. As you can tell I'm not an Avaya guy.

After at-debug it comes back with
<IP Office Manager version 0.2>
<Date...Time...Hello>

I have entered reboot at this prompt and also tried at-debug reboot.

I have confused you

reboot the ipoffice
When it is back online go to the terminal and enter AT-SECURITYRESETALL and press enter

then enter the mac address that you see on the screen


Just do exactly like i tell you to and you will be alright

After reboot I enter AT-SECURITYRESETALL but I get ERROR not a MAC address.
I am only entering that 1 prompt. It never gives me a MAC address.
