Reset IP406 Admin password 2

Have taken over a 406 running 3.1(65)

Have manager 6.2(17)

When going through Security I get Unsupported above the system.

How do i go about resetting the admin password?

get an old config and use snadboy or default the unit on DTE and reprogram

3.1 and below didn't have security settings. it was part of the config back then.
