How can I identify and reset the web interface chip on a formatter PCA ?

Do you mean the NIC? Or is it an embedded RJ45?
If you have WebJet Admin, Print out a config page from the printer, and use the find in WebJet Admin using the IP from the unit. You will be able to make changes there.
Or, open a browser and type in the IP url if the unit has embedded web server capabilities.
