Hi, I have an old Dell about 4 years old and had to install a new battery in it. Now every time I turn it on a message say's check date and time (as it would) then goes on to ask for a password? I cant not find the jumper to reset this and have no password any one help me with this please.

Did you check the link and try one of the listed solutions, ie the backdoor passwords? Will it boot anyway?
