Reserve outgoing channels 1

Hi!
I have configured and IP Office 500 v2 with a PRI with 30 channels. I have a problema that always all of it are busy by incoming calls. I'd like to reserve al least 5 channels for outgoing calls. Does it posible?

Had the same problem. Didn't find a solution. Guess that the only way would be to ask the telephone service provider.

Call your carrier, and have them remove 5 (probably the upper 5) channels from the incoming group, and dedicate those 5 to Outgoing only. If you also want to reduce the amount of outbound traffic on those 5, you could put them in another outgoing trunk group, and have your main outgoing group fail over to that group when all of it's channels are busy.

Can't you change the direction of the last 5 Chs to "outgoing" in the PRI>Channels tab?
