Reservation IRQ & adresses in WIN XP

Hi,
In WIN98 /WINme it was possible to reverve sources (e.g. COM port sources IRQ + adresses)
Since it became impossible to activatie a serial ticketprinter with newer computers / operating systems via COM1 port, I could solve that problem by reserving the COM1 sources under windows (control panel / Sytem / This computer / (right mouse buttom) => Reservation sources => IRQ & adresses...
Is it possible to do the same with WIN XP (home)???
I couldn't find the way...
