RES 3700: change printer class on the fly?

Is it possible to change printer class on the fly? i.e.: a menu item usually goes to order device A, but there is a button (through macros or ISL file) such that when clicked, change currently selected menu items to order device B.

Yes you can use kitchen themes to achieve this.
