I am looking to host an IIS webserver from my home. I have XP Pro and I believe it comes with IIS. What other requirements will be necessary? I am using Cable as a connection to the internet. My machine is a 3.2 GHz with a 200 Gig HD. I have a router and run ZA as a secondary firewall.

You will need the XP disc, in order to install IIS. You will also need to know which programming language you will be developing in. If it's asp, then you are fine since IIS comes with asp support. If you want to use php, you need to download and install it.

ASP is fine, but is this only if hosting pages that use ASP or scripting? I am a definate newby as I have never run my own webserver before. Do you have any links to any good resources on getting started?
