Request for Recommendation of Online Courses

I took a beginner's level Access course years ago and have been getting by with that, supplemented by the online help, LOTS of reference books, and posting questions to forums like these. But I run into a lot of frustration (and subsequently waste a lot of time) when I run up against the limitation of my knowledge and understanding of VB or SQL code and stuff like using modules and other advanced techniques. If I find concrete examples in the books or online, I get by just fine, but if not, I'm lost.

I live in a rural area where local classes are not an option. I'm wondering if anyone can recommend some online courses and/or interactive CD-ROM based (intermediate level) courses? Also, would it be helpful to take separate courses covering Access, SQL, and VB, or would an intermediate-level (and maybe advanced as well) Access course cover these other items thoroughly enough to be proficient in them?

There are several out there. The first one to come to mind is

under Database tutorials. You might also look to the some of the Access sites by using MS Access tutorial in some of the search engines.

I have the same limitations, so I can relate. I live in the Atlanta area, so I hope to take a VBA class in the future. i found the website below last week, and it looks pretty good. I'll start on it this week. Hope this helps,
