I just got handed the job of network engineer at our ISP and discovered that many key services to our customers are blocked at our POP. Since I am new to the router game after moving up from technician, I need to know how to remove the offensive ACL's and also the password's our former engineer embedded in the system without taking the units offline. Thanks for any help you can offer.
