Hi All,

Is it possible to get real time reports from CM. We would like to know if it can be set up to monitor in real time.

You would ideally need to use a real time monitoring tool (CentreVu) to view real time reports. You can view basic historical data using Site Administrations "list bcms" function.

Ah right - are you wishing to look at the alarm reports from the switch and not what the agents are doing?

If so "disp alarms" or "disp errors" will show you current active alarms. You can have these set to be emailed to you if you wish.

If you have the facilities (HP Openview, NetCool, Integreated Management, etc.) to accept SNMP traps then that would be the way to go for Real-Time monitoring of alarms.

Or you could have a stand-alone PC running ASA that you can have monitor alarms and email you the results (active alarms) every minute if you'd like. You can do the same with errors by creating a Report that runs the "display errors" command every minute (I'd advise against this, maybe every 8-24 hours if needed).
