Hi All!

We're working with an Option 11 Rls 25.40b, with Call Pilot and Symposium Express 4.0

Can this customer get reports on specific extensions (that are not ACD agents)? If yes, how?

With CDR running and CLS ICDA on the TN.

Have CDR?? That would be the way, not going to get it thru Symposium.

I think part of it depends on what exactly you want to learn from the report. A CDR will show you how long they talked and where they called. It wont show all that you get from an agent report though.

How do I find out if they have CDR? If they do, how, or moreover, where do I set it up?
 
If they have a CDR, most of the time it will be attached to one of the 3 cables for ttty. It should be a buffer box or a PC running procomm.
