I've just someone else post about reports changing orientation and I am having a similar problem also. With my reports though, they're not just changing orientation but also changing the format of the paper from letter to A4 and basically screwing with all print settings to do with the reports. I'm running Access 2000 and I've heard that there is a patch around that fixes this bug, however I can't seem to find it. I did find the Office 2000 sr-1a update and tried to install this hoping that this might do the trick, when it gets to the point of trying to patch the file PSS.CHM it says it can't as this file has already been updated or patched by other means. I found this strange as I had just done a fresh re-installed Office 2000 straight of the CD and then tried to patch it. I chose ignore from the options that appeared and continued on. When it had finished patching I tried to start one of the Office suite programs and it basically shut the program down as soon as it opened. The same thing happened with all of the Office programs. I also read a help article at Microsoft that said I might have to edit a registry key to get it to work which I did, but still had no luck. Does anyone know how to get this patch to work or have had a similar problem that they've been able to fix with the printer settings? Thanks in advance
