Reporting / Stopping Hackers?

You should be able to see the ip address of the hackers, so go to somewhere like geektools and enter the ip address in the whois box. This should tell you what company has the ip block that includes that ip address. Most companies have an abuse complaints procedure, look at their website, most will have an email address abuse@whomever.com
