Reporting Outlook Statistics

Hi All

IT Department head has asked me to have a look at ways of reporting on Microsoft Outlook data, to identify e.g. people who are abusing the system - sending many emails a day, or deleting many emails without reading them. Is this data actually retrievable? I'm a complete newbie to the server side of emailing so any help would be appreciated. I've not been able to find anything on this subject on tek-tips so far.

Hi Geraint - to be honest, this is server side type stuff - you may well be better off asking in the groupware/mail forums as we tend to stick to client side Outlook issues here......still - you never know....
