Reporting inbound calls

Hello Everybody.
I have a request to print out a report on how many calls the reception phone (2250) or any other DID receives. Is there a way of getting this info?

Only if you have a CDR. The system alone does not store this info.

D'oh. I thought so. There is nothing in LD 2 that can be activated?

You can sit and monitor calls, but if you are looking for a report or anything it has to be a CDR.

in LD 2 you can set up att console report to see console activity also network reports Never set it up though..

Certainly LD 2 has better - actually unsurpassed - reports than any CDR system. This zip file has a conversion that is easy to use - no macros amd no genious. (use TFC 3 and TFC 4)

I know more about interptreting console traffic that any system I've seen that nortel released. Many documents they produce are wrong
