Reporting in SQL 2000

With a new SQL 2000 database I have the option on how I am going to pull reports. Any suggestions? The math on these reports is rather intricate.
I have had conflicting opinions, one says Access, another says Crystal? HELP
Your help is always appreciated.

I usually like to use a combination of Macromedia Ultradev and a web server and sprocs to pull reports because it is drag and drop and not code intensive, it is also cheap. AL Almeida
