Awhile back there was a lot of discussion about print reports from ePO Console. Now I can't find the threads so I assume everyone either gave up or got it taken care of.

I'm bringing the subject back up again in case anyone is interested.

Way back when I opened several tickets with McAfee support trying to get the console to print. I finally gave up due to lack of interest on their part. Support is back to getting better lately so I opened another ticket.

The answer was to locate a program cfgnaims.exe on the server, run it and on the administrator tab, set it to SQL authentication. I did so, the remote console was up at the time. It worked, I got prints! Cool! Then I discovered if the console was shut down, it would never open again. This applied to the server and client. I discovered that if the epo service on the server ever stopped, it never started again.

I changed everything back, got things back to working and I could still print. In fact, I completely uninstalled the client and reinstalled and it still worked. I guess making the change set some flag that stayed set when I change back to NT authentication.

Has anyone gotten the remote console to print using any other method?
