Report Won't Show via the WEB

Hi Everybody,

I have an ASP application that is running CR 9 reports. The viewer shows but the report doesn't. Our client previously had cr 8.5 on this machine. Any suggestions? All are welcomed.

I'd guess that it's code related, not CR 8.5:

Thanks for your reply. I have those samples and am running cr9 reports via the web here at our office as well as a couple of other places. At this particular site, the viewer shows but the report doesn't. We've been messing around with the npViewer and browser settings, but still no report. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this situation and how they solved it. I would think I'm past any code issues since the viewer shows, but I may be wrong. Where would you suggest I start looking?

Hi Everybody,

One of our techs on-site figured it out. He installed service Pack 2 and it fixed the problem.
