When I preview a report, I get multiple copies of the same report showing in the preview.<br>how do I get rid of these Please. It even shows and generates 20 odd pages when I import to word.<br><br>Thankyou<br>regards Kelvin

This usually occurs when your page setup (margins) and size as established in the report design view are incorrect. Rememeber that if you are trying to print to the standard 8.5 x 11 paper size and lets just say your margins are set to .5 in. then your entire report must be set up to less than 7.5 and 10. It's kind of tricky but if you play with the size of the report (in design view) and reduce the overall size, you will probably figure it out.
