Why does my report keep reprinting the last few lines of data onto the 2nd page (luckily it does not add it into the totals a 2nd time)

It doesn't always do this for each group though.

I have the data printing int he GH6 section.

Does it run out of room on the page? Or go to the next page when there is room?

If there seems to be room, choose File > Printer Setup and see if the paper selection is correct.

If it's not that, Right-click on a section and choose Section Expert, to see if something is set for page changing.

It helps to give your Crystal version.

v 9.0 Sorry.

No, it is not running out of room. It is printing the 2nd page and at the top of the second page it sometimes reprints the last few records from the first page. Doesn't always do it for all the agent's reports. I am baffled. I took out all the "keep together" options and it fixed some of the agent's reports, but oddly enough, not all of them.

Try adding a running-total count to the detail line, one that changes with each new group. I find it hard to believe that Crystal would make a mess of a page-change (though I've never used version 9). What's more likely is that there is more data than you think there should be.

Really, these are duplicate only in printing. I dbl checked my data, no dups (unique field so dups are not allowed in the table). It doesn't add the amount for the duplicate printed records into the agent's totals. It simply prints them twice. This is so baffling.
