Report publisher?

There is an executable you could use to publish Crystal Reports so people without Crystal installed could run them. I know it was supported with versions of Crystal priot to 8X. Can someone tell me the name of this file? I know I have it somewhere but can't find it.

The compiled reports option was discontinued by Crystal Decisions starting with Crystal 9.
