Have you seen what it looks like? Get one of the users to do a screen capture and send it to you. Is it possible you used some font that is not installed on the NT4 box.
BTW. Why are you writing a new app in VFP 5? Since VFP 7 has been released to manufacturing and VFP 6 has been out for years?

Assuming they are using the latest runtime file - VFP500.DLL (5.0a Build 415p), then I'd check the Video and Printer drivers as they are almost totally responsible for what you see in the preview. Sometimes altering the color depth and/or the video resolution can also make a difference. (If they are running the original VFP 5.0 runtime file then there was a known problem on NT six years ago and it may also be true for Win 2000.)
