Use Exchange Administrator, go to Configuration, Servers, <servername>, Private Information Store, Mailbox Resources. You can choose columns to view such as Total No of Items, Total K etc for each mailbox.
You can also save the Window contents (on the File Menu) as a .csv file and check the results in Excel.
