Report on abandoned calls and CLID on ACD-DN

Is it possible to get a report from M1, or other applications, that gives information on calls that are abandoned in ACD-DN and the corresponding CLID.

Need a tool to get the CLID that are abandoned on ACD-DN to call back the customers.

i would compare cdr data for the route with the acd printouts, i haven't looked at the ava data from acd in a while, are you using any scheduled acd reports?

Today we are using MAX. I only need the CLID of abandoned calls on ACD-DN and if possible the time.
 
can't recall a max option for that, the cdr doesn't give you all you need, but the trac commands on the trunks will work but you would need to build a script to trad the channels and capture each call the does not get past waiting_low que's, those are hang ups..

Jim, Symposium gives Call-By-Call Statistics, but this report is to complex for this purpose.

What I'm looking for is a simple tool/application.
