when I print a certain report I get a message saying: 'The report you are about to print is a pre-formatted image of the actual report data. Changing orientation or paper size may result in loss of objects on each printed page. Do you wish to continue?'. If I choose to print its prints fine but with an extra blank page.

Thing is everything on the report is within the print margins, and I've checked the page/printer setup but can't see anything wrong. It only seems to happen on certain computers too. I'm using Win2k and that doesn't have any problem, but on NT4 it does

anyone know how I can resolve this?

Thanks in advance

I am not 100% sure if this will help but it's worth a shot.

1. Make a backup copy of the report.
2. Open the report in the designer
3. From the file menu choose "Printer Setup"
4. Check the "No Printer" box.
5. Save and exit.

The reason I am suggesting this is because sometimes Crystal will get "confused" when a report is created with one type or printer\printer driver and then executed\printed with another.

thanks for the reply, but unfortunatly it hasn't worked
