How to make report from form which contains subform?

Wouldn't you actually want to report off of the data in a table. The form is only an input device to a table.

You can either report directly off of the table or create a qyery and generate the proper data from that query and use that in the report.

I have try using tables and queries but, it is too complicated to access i guess.

It just not open the querie or report when it has two tables in it.

Now it´s work but there are another problem.
In form where I have made button, which opens a report,
is doing this it opens the report but it opens all records, while it should open only the current record, how I´m able to filter that the report shows only the current record which is entered on current form.
I believe that there is a macro that should do "open record"
which has the fields "filter" and "where"
but what I should enter there?
Hopefully this question is clear, ask for details if not

Thanks

Take a look at the 4th argument of the DoCmd.OpenReport method.

Hope This Helps, PH.
