I have users logging in from all over U.S. I need a way for my users to be able to tell who all is logged in. For example something like typing in the "who" command in unix.

You need for the users to see this? Or just the admins? I guess either way you could publish or grant them access to MFADMIN.EXE (Citrix Server Administrator). Just be super careful and make sure that they do not have enough privliges to restart sessions, shadow, disable new connections, etc)
