Using QBasic I would like to create a file that contains what is now the contents of a printed report and have that file used to place the information on a web page. Can, and how can, this be done? Can the file include formatting, or must it contain just the heading and data fields (e.g., in an ASCII file) that the website people have to "convert" via other programming?
Similarly, I would like to have the report prepared as an attachment to an email? How?
