I am using Access 2000. I have run a query using 2 tables to sort data. When run all the data is present in the query. When I do a report only 3 records have come accross in their entirity and the others not all the information from the fields in the query are in the report. Also on the fields that have come accross in their entirty all the the information is in blue itallics in the fields that havent come over in the others. The fields that have come for all records are in black normal text.
