Report Distribution

I wish to distribute reports as a package. The report is an invoice. Keep in mind that our company is a service company.

1. The top page(s) will be a summary of items that are being billed to customers and the charges for the items. This part of the invoice is to be done on printed invoice paper: the ordinary invoice.
2. The next section will have a listing of the items that have been summarized. These are the particular services listed by day and by worker.
3. The third section is a copy of a hand-written listing of the items being billed, with the addresses where the services were performed.

The third section serves as the official source of the services.

I would like to create the reports and also print out the third section documentation so that the invoices print as a package. I see no trouble with the first two sections, but including a faxed copy for the third section will be a problem.

We have a Lanier 5355 printer and can either scan or fax to a computer storage device.

Has anyone done something like this?

Carolyn
