Report Code Generator in VS 2003

Here's what I've got on my dev machine:

Visual Studio.NET 2002
Visual Studio .NET 2003
Crystal Reports 9 Advanced Edition
MSDE as my Database Engine

I've added a second report to my C# project (in VS.NET 2003) and now when I
open up the solution, I get the following error:

"The custom tool 'CrystalDecisions.VSShell.CodeGen.ReportCodeGenerator'
failed while processing the file 'Reports\RidePass.rpt'."

What does this mean, and how I can fix it? Thank you.
