reply using UM

Open the message, click Reply. When the reply window pops up, you can record a message using your PC if you have a microphone attached, or click the telephone icon next to the volume bar and the system will call your phone when you click the red record button. Record your reply, then click the send button.

sorry for not being any more clear Biv, i don't have the option to click the reply button. it is greyed out. Can you walk me thru the steps to allow for replys to be made through UM?
