Reply to incoming message fails

One of our recipients has been having an issue recently with replying to emails from outside our organization. The message and reply ends up in the drafts folder. Does this sound like an issue at our end, or at the other end? any thoughts on this woould be appreciated. Thanks.

In that it's in drafts, it was never sent. That's a problem on your end. If the message was sent and NDR'd, that would be a problem on the distant end.
