Hi, I'm using Outlook 2000, connecting to a Exchange 5.5 server, and my issue is that when I receive a mail item, and I click on "reply to all", I don't want a copy of the mail I send to be sent to myself ???

Hope that makes sense !

I don't know of any way to avoid it - You are one of the 'all'

I generally just try to remember to delete myself from the To: field.

What you could do is make use of the Rules feature in Outlook to set up a rule so that anything sent to you, by you is automatically sent to the Deleted Items folder. That way you don't have to remember to remove yourself from the To: field whenever you click Reply All.

HTH !

You are only included in the Reply to All if the senders address in the e-mail is entered as an internet address rather than as a selection from the GAB.

If the sender is listed in the GAB then you are not included.
