We have recently migrated to an Exchange server for mail and our extension has gone from a .ca to .com. My reply to address is still .ca when I send a message through Outlook and I cannot see where to change it. There is no reply to address field in the Exchange mailbox settings. I sent an email through our Webmail to the helpdesk and it has the correct extension .com so they say the problem is somewhere in Outlook. I can see in an imap account you can specify a reply to but they are all blank. Can someone tell me where I can search in Outlook for the spot where this is stored?

can you elaborate on where you are seeing the reply to address within outlook?

sounds as if you need to recreate the outlook profile.
go to control panel-mail. chhose show profiles. look at properties of existing profile. note server locations and whether you are using any PST/PAB files- note their locations also.

then, delete that profile and create a new one, with a different name. add back services identical to original profile and start outlook. allow it to recreate folder shortcuts if prompted.

see if that changes anything.
