Replication

I have worked with SQL Server 2000 for a little while but have not done anything with Replication. Now I am building a database that will be used in 5 different location and will have to be merged together also.

Does anyone have a good source (Books, classes, etc.) for learning more about the Replication process in SQL Server 2000?

Any help would be appreciated.

I got close to finishing this database but some of the programming got too complex for me to finish. Do you program for hire?
