Books Online. SQL Server 2000 Administrator's Companion by Microsoft Press, or Microsoft SQL Server Database Administrator cert study guide (my personal favorite) by Sybex.

Sybex gives clearer step by step instructions on how to set up Rep if you know nothing about it, IMHO.

Read the instructions carefully. If you set things up in the wrong order, you'll have to jump through hoops to clear all the sysTable entries for Rep before you can start over and re-install it properly.
