Replication Conflict Errors Wizard in Access

I am having a few problems with a database that we use that we replicate. We have a replication of the database on a number of user PC's and they replicate to a master on our network. But with some of the PC's if there is a conflict, it goes to a VBA script instead of a wizard to correct the errors. I have added the advanced wizards etc in the setup of Office but still no joy. We are using Access 97.

Can someone please help me out??
