Replicating Database

Hi

My access 2000/SQL Server 7 application is just about to go live across the company and I now find myself needing a duplicate database for testing future mods etc.

Whats the best way to go about creating a test database, can I restore a backup tape to a new database and test my recovery procedures at the same time?
